Chocolate cookie cake: a no-bake treat ready in a few steps!

No-bake and just irresistible!

INGREDIENTS

For cream:

• 2 cups milk

• ½ cup sugar

• 2 egg yolks

• 2 tbsp corn starch

• 2 tbsp butter

• 10g vanilla sugar

• 80g chocolate

• 100ml / 3.52oz cream

• 150g cocoa cookies

• 150g vanilla cookies

• 150ml / 5.3oz cream

• 100ml / 3.52oz cream

• 80g chocolate

Pistachios

METHOD

Brew cream. Grease each cookie with cream and put it in a round shape. Cool for 2 hours.
Beat cream and spread on cake.
Brew ganache and pour over cream onto the cake. Garnish with ground pistachios.
