No bake cookie cake: just a few ingredients to make a delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
- 400-450 grams of cookies (white and chocolate)
- 400ml milk (2 glasses)
- 40g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- vanilla
- 80g chocolate chips
- 200ml cream to whip
- 20 g chocolate chips
- 70 ml cream to whip
- pistacho grains
METHOD
- In a pot on low heat mix togethes milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstrach. Stir all the time until it becomes thick.
- Add in butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Pour the cream to whip to the mixture and beat well. Pour the mixter onto the cookies from one side.
- Place plastic wrap into the pan and then add cookies one by one. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Mix chocolate chips with warm cream to whip.
- Add whiped cream all over the cake, then pour chocolate mixter onto it. And sprinkle with pistacho grains.
