Chocolate crepes cake: a delicious and beautiful dessert ready in a few steps!

Made with layers of thin chocolate crepes and filled with mascarpone cream filling, this crepe cake tastes as delicious as it looks!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 440g flour
• 120ml mineral water
• 100ml oil
• 60g sugar
• 15g vanilla sugar
• 6 eggs
• 1l milk
• salt
for cream:
• 400ml whipped cream
• 400g chocolate
• 250g mascarpone
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients for making pancake mixture. Fry the pancakes. Using a plate, trim the edges of the pancakes.
- Bring the cream to a boil. Add chocolate. Add the mascarpone to the cooled mixture and mix.
- Create a cake alternating pancakes and a layer of cream.
