Smart chocolate cake: how to make an incredible dessert in a few steps!

Here's the easiest chocolate cake ever!

Chocolate biscuit
150g chocolate with 50% cocoa content
6 eggs
60g (0.3 cup) sugar
10g (0.07 cup) cocoa
Salt
Chocolate cream
300g cream cheese
300g cream
100g (0.83 cup) icing sugar
30g (0.2 cup) cocoa
150g chocolate with 50% cocoa content
METHOD
- Melt the chocolate. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt. Add 20 grams of sugar and beat until peaks. Beat the yolks with 40 grams of sugar, then add cocoa and mix with a mixer. Add melted chocolate and stir. Add whipped egg whites in small portions, stirring. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet with parchment paper (32x32cm).
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Cut the cooled cake into 4 pieces.
- Melt the chocolate. Beat cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar and cocoa with a mixer. Add melted chocolate and whisk.
- Using the form, layout the cakes in turn, lubricating with cream. Refrigerate 12 hours. Decorate with chocolate chips.
