Smart cake: how to make a tasty dessert without the oven!

So easy to make, this recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
For the batter:
200g (1 1/3 cup) Flour
200g (1 1/3 cup) Flour
45g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking soda
250ml (1 cup) Milk
3 Eggs
90ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) Oil
140g (2/3 cup) Sugar
Vanilla extract
Milk for brushing
Cream:
700g (3 cups) Fresh cream
40g (5 tbsp) Powdered sugar
40g (5 tbsp) Powdered sugar
7g (1 tbsp) Cocoa powder
For the cake cover
Coconut flakes
Cocoa powder
For the glaze:
100g Chocolate
150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) Cream
1 tbsp Butter
METHOD
- In a bowl add the cocoa powder, flour, soda and mix all to prepare the cocoa mixture.
- In a separate bowl add the milk, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla extract and mix the egg mixture well.
- Transfer the egg mixture into the cocoa mixture and mix it all together well.
- Divide the mixture into the three parts, grease the pot with the oil and bake separately every cake crust 8-9 minutes covered with the lid.
- In another bowl add the fresh cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and whip the cream with a mixer.
- Start creating layers of the cake with the first crust on the bottom adding the first layer of the cream on top.
- Continue with the second crust on top, brush it with milk and add another layer of the cream.
- Add the third crust on top, brush it with milk and cover the cake with the cream.
- In a small bowl add the coconut flakes, cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add the coconut flakes mixture on the side of the cake and on the edges of the cake.
- In a pot add the milk, chocolate, butter, melt all and combine well.
- Add the chocolate glaze on top of the cake and distribute evenly, and add the grated chocolate on the edges of the melted chocolate.
- Leave in fridge 5-6 hours before serving.
