Yogurt cake: tasty and fluffy, ready without yeast!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs, separated
a pinch of salt
350g (1.4 cup) yogurt
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
100g (0.8 cup) starch
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
METHOD
- Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until you bring a fine frothy mixture. Add yogurt, vanilla sugar, starch and continue to mix.
- Whisk the egg whites and a pinch of salt, then add to the previously prepared yogurt mixture.
- Line a baking tin (20 cm). Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Place in the oven at 170 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
- Leave the cake to cool in the open oven for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
