4 ingredient yogurt cake: so moist and fluffy!

A lovely moist cake flavoured by whatever yogurt you happen to have in your fridge!
INGREDIENTS
500g greek yogurt
100g powdered sugar
50g flour
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
berries
powdered sugar
INGREDIENTS
500g greek yogurt
100g powdered sugar
50g flour
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
berries
powdered sugar
METHOD
Mix yogurt with flour and powdered sugar.
In the other bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, and then mix the rest ingredients.
Pour into spring form.
Bake at 170°C/340°F for 45 minutes.
Decorate with berries and powdered sugar
