4 ingredients yogurt cake: everyone will love it!

With only 4 ingredients, this creamy cake will melt in your mouth!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
70g sugar
350g Yogurt
Grated lemon peel
 
For decorate:
Icing sugar
Strawberries
 
METHOD
  1. Divide egg yolks and egg whites.
  2. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and then add the yogurt. Add the peel and mix. Whisk the egg whites and add to the rest.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 320°F (165°) for 30 minutes.
