Yogurt cake: how to make a fluffy cake in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
90g (0.4 cup) of sugar
80g (0.6 cup) cake flour (or special flour)
30ml (0.14 cup) Vegetable oil
60g (0.2 cup) Plain yogurt
10ml (0.04 cup) Lemon juice
 
METHOD
  1. Make a mixture of yogurt, oil and lemon juice, set aside.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and mix the egg whites with 90 g of sugar, adding gradually. When you get solid snow, add the egg yolks one by one and mix lightly, then, sifting, add the flour and mix lightly with a spatula. Then add a little of the prepared mixture to the yogurt mixture and then combine everything with the rest of the mixture.
  3. Pour into a mold and bake at 170 degrees, 30 minutes.
