Apple plumcake: a fluffy cake that the whole family will love!

How to make a super fluffy apple cake using a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

3 apples

150g (3/4 cup) of sugar

10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar

125g (1/2 cup) of plain yogurt

70ml (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of sunflower oil

1 tbsp of lemon (juice)

230g (1 1/2 cup) of flour

10g (2 tsp) of baking powder

Sugar

Butter

METHOD

In a large bowl mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, yogurt, oil, and lemon mix all well together.
Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt and mix until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
Pour the cake batter into a cake mold, butter, and flour, add the apple slices sprinkle with sugar and butter to caramelize everything, and bake at 170°C/338°F for 45 minutes.
