Blended apple cake squares: an easy and cheap cake!

It will be the most fluffy and delicious apple cake ever!

INGREDIENTS
2 apples
3 eggs
200g sugar
10g baking powder
300g flour
80ml milk
100ml vegetable oil
lemon zest

 
METHOD
1. Blend 2 apples. Mix the eggs with sugar, baking powder, flour, milk and oil.
2. Add the blended apples and mix.
3. Pour the batter in a cake pan and bake for 30minutes at 180°C.
4. Serve with powdered sugar.
