Lemon square: a fluffy cake to fall in love with!

So fluffy and delicious, you'll fall in love with this recipe!
Ingredients:
⦁ 4 eggs, separated;
⦁ 1/4 tsp salt;
⦁ 270 g (1 1/2 cup) sugar;
⦁ 180 ml (3/4 cup) vegetable oil;
⦁ 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk;
⦁ 60 ml (4 tbsp) lemon juice;
⦁ 210 g (1 1/2 cup) flour;
⦁ 85 g (3/4 cup) cornstarch;
⦁ 1 tbsp baking powder;
⦁ 1 lemon (zest);
⦁ 400 g (1 can) condensed milk;
⦁ 80 ml (1/3 cup) lemon juice.
Instructions
1. Heat the oven to 180C/350F. Cover 20x20cm baking pan with parchment.
2. Beat egg whites with salt, sugar, vegetable oil, milk and lemon juice and pail and fluffy.
3. Sift flour with cornstarch and baking powder.
4. Add dry ingredients into the yolk mixture and stir until smooth and uniform batter forms. Whisk in the zest of one lemon.
5. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold them into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into prepared baking pan and bake the cake for 50-55 minutes. Leave to cool down completely.
7. Beat condensed milk with lemon juice. Cover the cooled cake with the cream and slice into squares before serving.
