Caprese Lemon Cake: the Italian cake you'll fall in love with!

This Italian lemon almond flour cake
is full of lemon flavor and has a lovely texture!
INGREDIENTS

salt
200g white chocolate
150g sugar
50ml vegetable oil
30g limoncello
lemon zest
lemon juice
250g almond flour
8g baking powder
METHOD
1. Whisk the eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Add white chocolate, oil, limoncello and lemon juice.
3. Mix all the ingredients, then add the almond flour and the baking powder.
4. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 40 minuti at 180°.
