Mascarpone cream: the Italian recipe to fall in love with!

Creamy, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth soft and super easy to make!
Have you ever tried mascarpone cream cheese?
 
INGREDIENTS
500g mascarpone cheese
4 egg yolks

For the syrup:
40ml water
120g sugar

Italian pandoro
 
METHOD
1. Mix water and sugar and bring the syrup up to 121°C (250°F).
2, Meanwhile, start to whip up the egg yolks with sugar, then pour the syrup over the egg yolks and keep whisking.
3. Add mascarpone cheese and whisk.
4. Easy, creamy and delicious, this mascarpone cream is perfect for filling cakes!
