Strawberry baba': the Italian dessert to fall in love with!

Fluffy, moist and rich of cream, every bite will be divine!
INGREDIENTS
Sor a sweet babà:
150g / 1.2 cups flour
150g / 1.2 cups flour Manitoba
3 eggs
100ml / 0.4 cup milk
100g / 0.44 cup butter
Orange zest
10g brewer's yeast
Lemon peel
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Salt
50g / 0.25 cup sugar
For wet one:
500ml / 2.1 cups water
250g / 1.24 cups sugar
Orange zest
Lemon peel
200ml / 0.82 cup rum
For filling and decorating:
800g / 6.82 cups pastry cream
Strawberry
METHOD
- Mix milk, yeast and sugar. Add the eggs and mix again. Add flour, zest, salt, vanilla extract. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Transfer the dough into a greased form. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Boil water, sugar, lemon peel and orange peel in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool. Add rum.
- Put the babà on the wire rack and pour the syrup.
- Turn the babà over and make holes. Fill the holes with cream. Turn over. Garnish with the remaining cream and strawberries.
