Strawberry pina colada: a summer cocktail you'll fall in love with!

Nothing says “lazy summer days” more than a pina colada!
INGREDIENTS
1) Pineapple layer
30 ml (2 tbsp) white rum;
1 tsp honey;
1 tbsp coconut cream;
30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice;
1 cup ice;
350g (1 ½ cup) chopped pineapple.
2) Strawberry layer
30 ml (2 tbsp) white rum;
1 tsp honey;
30 ml (2 tbsp) pineapple juice;
1 tbsp coconut cream;
30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice;
1 cup ice;
12 strawberries.
3) Peach layer
30 ml (2 tbsp) white rum;
1 tsp honey;
30 ml (2 tbsp) pineapple juice;
1 tbsp coconut cream;
30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice;
1 cup ice;
2 peaches, chopped.
METHOD
- For each layer blend all of the ingredients listed until smooth.
- Pour pineapple mix between 3 glasses and let them sit in the freezer for 20 minutes. Repeat with strawberry and peach layer, letting the berry layer sit in the freezer for 20 minutes too. To help to form a smooth and even separation between layers, use a tablespoon to pour each mixture on top of another.
- Use mint leaves, strawberries and chocolate chips to decorate each cocktail.
