SAVORY FRITTERS: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

INGREDIENTS
510g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
4g dry yeast
6g (1/2 tbsp) sugar
510ml (2 1/4 cups) water
7g (1 tbsp) salt
For frying:
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. In a bowl, add the flour, dry yeast, and sugar, and whisk to combine. Add the water and salt, and mix with a wooden spoon to obtain a smooth, lump-free batter. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour.
2. After the rising time, take spoonfuls of batter and drop them into a pot with hot oil using a second spoon. Fry until golden brown.
3. Serve the savory fritters on a serving dish and enjoy.
