SOFT TART: the quick and easy cake base!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
120g (1/2 cup) of sugar
70ml (1/4 cup) of milk
70ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
160g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
METHOD
1. Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and mix with the electric mixer until the mixture is light and frothy. Add the milk and vegetable oil and continue to mix.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix to obtain no lump mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (26cm - mold size) and level it up. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
4. Transfer the soft tart to the serving plate, cut a slice,e and serve.
