PINEAPPLE CAKE: SOFT and BEATIFUL, it's an easy recipe to make! π

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
65g (1/4 cup) of light brown sugar
65g (1/4 cup) of sugar
1 orange (zest)
1 lemon (zest)
80ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
210g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
17g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
Pineapple in syrup (drained)
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, light brown sugar, sugar, orange (zest), and lemon (zest) and mix with the electric mixer. Add the oil, flour, and baking powder and continue with mixing to obtain no lumps mixture.
2. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (22cm - mold size) covered with parchment paper and arrange pineapple slices on top.
3. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 40 minutes.
4. Place the cake on the serving plate after baking and decorate with powdered sugar. Cut a slice and serve.
