Pineapple cake in the pan: ready in a few minutes!

Fluffy and super delicious, everyone will love this cake!

INGREDIENTS
6 pineapple slices
15g (1 tbsp) butter
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
8g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
50ml (3 tbsp) oil
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
160g (1/2 cup) flour
10g (2 tsp) baking powder

METHOD
  1. In a pan put the butter and let it melt. Add sugar and when it starts to caramelize add pineapple slices.
  2. Cook them for a while.
  3. In a bowl add egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix and add oil and milk then add flour and baking powder. Mix it well and pour the mixture over the pineapples.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Flip it and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
