Pineapple cake in the pan: ready in a few minutes!

Fluffy and super delicious, everyone will love this cake!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
6 pineapple slices
15g (1 tbsp) butter
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
8g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
50ml (3 tbsp) oil
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
160g (1/2 cup) flour
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
METHOD
- In a pan put the butter and let it melt. Add sugar and when it starts to caramelize add pineapple slices.
- Cook them for a while.
- In a bowl add egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix and add oil and milk then add flour and baking powder. Mix it well and pour the mixture over the pineapples.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Flip it and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
