Cheese focaccia: delicious and ready in few minutes!

Perfect for a tasty dinner ready in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
60ml (1/4 cup) water
7g dry yeast
250g (2 cups) flour
8g (2 tsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
10ml (2 tsp) olive oil
120ml (½ cup) milk
Butter
Cheese
METHOD
- In a small bowl, pour water, yeast, sugar, and a spoonful of flour.
- Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
- Pour flour, salt and yeast mixture into a mixing bowl. Add milk and knead the dough.
- Drizzle the dough with oil and knead until combined. Leave to stand for 60 minutes.
- Divide into four parts and fill with butter and cheese.
- Bake in a pan. Serve.
