Tortilla pockets stuffed with spinach: ready in few minutes!

A quick and tasty recipe for a delicious lunch! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp flour
50g mozzarella, shredded
300g spinach
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter
Pita
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together water with flour.
  2. In a pan add spinach, butter, salt, and garlic powder, mix for a few minutes.
  3. Transfer to the pita, add mozzarella and egg, smear the edges with the prepared mixture, fasten the edges of the pita.
  4. Fry from both sides.
