Spinach and ricotta salmon: a quick and easy to prepare recipe that everyone will enjoy!

Make a pocket in the salmon and fill, a delicious dish that will be ready in just a few minutes!
 
INGREDIENTS
200g spinach
200g ricotta
crescenza cheese
salt
pepper
lemon zest
salmon fillets
lemon juice
olive oil
 
DIRECTIONS
1. To make the filling, combine the spinach and ricotta, add some crescenza cheese and seasoning.
2. Clean the salmon fillets and make a cut in the center.
3. Fill them with the ricotta and spinach mixture and cook them in a pan with a bit of olive oil, butter, and lemon juice.
