Sunflower cake with ricotta and spinach: the BEAUTIFUL and TASTEFUL savory cake to try

INGREDIENTS
520g (4 cups) of flour
1 tsp of salt
220ml (4/5 cup) of lukewarm water
60g (3/8 cup) of sugar
10g of dry yeast
70ml (1/5 cup) of olive oil
400g of ricotta cheese
120g of spinach
Egg wash

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, add in butter, flour, and salt.
2. Let the dough rise for an hour.
3. Roll out the dough, put the lid in the middle, and make cuts on the sides of the dough.
4. Fill with ricotta and spinach mixture, wrapping the dough.
5. Spread with egg wash and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
