Capri savory cake: fresh and delightful!

A unique savory cake that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
50g grated cheese
80ml (1/3 cup) sunflower oil
110ml (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
200g (1 1/3 cup) of flour 00
3.5g (1/2 sachet) instant yeast

For filling:
125g mozzarella
1 tomato
Oregano
a few olives
a few basil leaves

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the grated cheese, sunflower oil and milk using a hand whisk.
  2. Continue adding the salt, oregano and finally the sifted flour with the instant yeast.
  3. Pour the mixture into a tart tin lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  4. Cut the tomato and mozzarella into slices not too thin and use them to fill the cake, to finish decorating with oregano and some basil leaves.
