Capri savory cake: fresh and delightful!

A unique savory cake that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
50g grated cheese
80ml (1/3 cup) sunflower oil
110ml (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
200g (1 1/3 cup) of flour 00
3.5g (1/2 sachet) instant yeast
For filling:
125g mozzarella
1 tomato
Oregano
a few olives
a few basil leaves
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the grated cheese, sunflower oil and milk using a hand whisk.
- Continue adding the salt, oregano and finally the sifted flour with the instant yeast.
- Pour the mixture into a tart tin lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Cut the tomato and mozzarella into slices not too thin and use them to fill the cake, to finish decorating with oregano and some basil leaves.
