Strawberry dome: a fresh and creamy cake!

It can't get any easier than this. A great dessert for those that like sweets but don't like to bake!
INGREDIENTS
250g (1 cup) mascarpone cheese
200g (1 cup) ricotta cheese
120g (½ cup) powdered sugar
8g (2 tsp) gelatin
500g (15 oz) strawberries
1 lemon
Sponge cake
Whipped cream
METHOD
- Arrange the strawberry circles in a foil-lined bowl.
- Mix strawberries, gelatin and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add mascarpone, ricotta, powdered sugar and strawberry mix to the mixing bowl.
- Whisk with a mixer, then add the whipped cream.
- Mix well, then pour the mixture into a bowl with the arranged strawberries.
- Put the sponge cake on top and leave it in the fridge. Serve.
