Strawberry ice cream cake: the fresh dessert to try right now!

Ready with just 5 ingredients, a delicious dessert to try right now!

INGREDIENTS

250 g of strawberries

3 tbsp of sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

300 ml of whipped cream

125 g of strawberry yogurt

METHOD

In the pan on low heat cook strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Blend it until smooth and let it cool.
Put sliced strawberries into the pan.
Mix together smooth strawberries, yogurt and whipped cream.
Pour it into the pan and freeze for 3 hours.
