No bake strawberry dessert: fresh and delicate!

This amazing dessert will surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS

250ml (1 cup) limoncello;
24 ladyfingers;
400g strawberries;
200ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream;
250g (1 cup) ricotta;
75g (5 tbsp) sugar;
24 ladyfingers;
400g strawberries;
200ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream;
250g (1 cup) ricotta;
75g (5 tbsp) sugar;
METHOD
- Chop the strawberries. Whisk whipping cream, ricotta and sugar.
- Dip the biscuits in limoncello and arrange them in the mold.
- Cover the biscuits with cream and then arrange the strawberries. Repeat the process and finally arrange the final layer of biscuits.
- Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve.
