Strawberry zuccotto: a fresh dessert perfect for summer!

A few ingredients to make a beautiful and yummy dessert!

INGREDIENTS
 2 packs of lady finger biscuits
 
White cream:
 500ml cream
 500ml cream
 2 teaspoons sugar
 2 tbsp vanilla
 
 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
 Strawberry
 1 cup milk
 
METHOD
1. Cover the form with plastic wrap
2. Soak the biscuits in the milk and put in the form
3. In 2 different bawls, whip cream, add 1 tsp sugar to each bowl and 1 tbsp vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
4. In one bowl with cream add strawberry syrup
5. Lay out white cream first, then pink cream
6. Cover the form with plastic wrap and cool for 3-4 hours
7. Decorate with strawberries
