CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES: BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS to serve during the holidays! 🎅🏻

INGREDIENTS
For the muffins:
120g plain yogurt
120g (1/2 cup) milk
200ml (1 cup) vegetable oil
55g egg whites (about 2)
20g lemon juice
10ml vinegar
280g (2 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
40g(1/3 cup) cocoa powder
5g baking soda
150g (3/4 cup) sugar

For the frosting:
350g (1 1/2 cups) cream cheese
250g (1 cup) fresh cream
80g (2/3 cup) powdered sugar
Red and green food coloring
Sprinkles

METHOD
1. For the muffins, combine all the liquids in a bowl and set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
3. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix with a hand whisk.
4. Pour into the muffin tin.
5. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting: combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whip with a whisk. Divide into two bowls (leaving a little white frosting aside); add green food coloring to one and red to the other. Mix until you get the desired color.
7. Fill two piping bags with a star tip and follow the video instructions to create Christmas trees and Santa hats. Use the white frosting to make the hat's pom-poms.
