Olivier salad (Russian potato salad): how to serve it for Christmas!

Easy and yummy, the perfect appetizer for Christmas!
INGREDIENTS
300g (1 ¼ cup) mayonnaise;
2 potatoes, peeled;
2 carrots, peeled;
120g (1 cup) frozen peace;
3 eggs, boiled;
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil;
Salt to taste;
Olives, bell pepper, carrot, and dill for decoration.

METHOD
- Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
- Add vegetables and peace into a steaming basket placed over the boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 20 minutes.
- Season soft vegetables with salt and olive oil.
- Cut eggs into small squares.
- Mix vegetables with eggs and mayonnaise.
- Fill 2 bowls (one smaller and one bigger) with the salad and flip them onto a serving plate, forming two half-spheres.
- Decorate with pepper, carrot, olives, and dill as shown on the video.
