POTATO AND SHRIMP SALAD: the easy and tasty recipe!

INGREDIENTS
620 g of potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Prawns
50 ml (1/4 cup) of white wine
Parsley
1/2 onion
Salt
Lemon juice
METHOD
1. Place the unpeeled potatoes in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil for 25 minutes, then remove from the heat.
2. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, then transfer them to a bowl.
3. In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic and prawns. Cook for a few minutes, then remove the garlic and deglaze with white wine. Finish by sprinkling with chopped parsley. Remove from the heat and let cool.
4. Add the prawns, sliced onion, and salt to the bowl with the potatoes. Mix everything well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Once chilled, serve the shrimp and potato salad on a serving dish. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and enjoy.
