Shrimp balls: beautiful and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

9-12 shrimps
3-4 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
100 g breadcrumbs (1 cup)
2 eggs

METHOD

In a bowl mix together boiled potatoes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl mix together shrimps with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Make balls from the potato mixture with shrimp inside, and dip them into the egg wash and breadcrumbs.
Fry in the hot oil until golden brown for about 4-5 minutes.
