Shrimp balls: a quick and unique dish!

INGREDIENTS
300g shrimp
Salt
Peper
4-5 boiled potatoes
30g (3 tbsp) starch
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil

METHOD
  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Make mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Make a ball of potatoes and put the shrimp in it.
  4. Roll the balls in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
  5. Fry the balls in hot oil. Enjoy.
