Air Fryer Apple Muffins: Light, delicious treats perfect for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
60g sugar
125g plain yogurt
55g melted butter
1 vanilla bean (seeds)
A pinch of salt
120g all-purpose flour
10g baking powder
2 apples
METHOD
1. Beat the egg together with the sugar for a few minutes.
2. Add the yogurt and mix well.
3. Add the lukewarm melted butter while continuing to mix.
4. At this point, add the vanilla seeds.
5. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix until fully combined.
6. Wash the apples, cut them finely, and fold them into the batter.
7. Prepare muffin cups suitable for an air fryer and fill them about 3/4 full.
8. Cook for about 15 minutes at 150°C (300°F), checking according to your air fryer.
9. Let cool and serve.
