FRIED FENNEL: CRISPY and TASTY! 🀩

INGREDIENTS
2 fennel
Salt
Flour
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Cut the fennel into the slices and transfer to the bowl. Season with salt.
2. Then pass the fennel slices into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
3. Transfer fennel slices to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
4. Serve fennel slices all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
