Fennel cutlets: quick and light!

This is a wonderful way of enjoying fennels.
 
INGREDIENTS
2 fennels
2 eggs
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the fennel into slices. Put them in the pot to blanch them. Dry the slices with a towel.
  2. Coat in the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 10 minutes. Serve.
