Fennel cutlets: quick and light!

This is a wonderful way of enjoying fennels.
INGREDIENTS
2 fennels
2 eggs
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil
METHOD
- Cut the fennel into slices. Put them in the pot to blanch them. Dry the slices with a towel.
- Coat in the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 10 minutes. Serve.
