FENNEL CORDON BLEU: fry them to make them even more stringy! π

INGREDIENTS
1.4kg of fennel
Ham
Cheese
4 eggs
50ml (1/4 cup) of milk
Salt
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Remove the green parts and slice them widthwise to obtain the slices.
2. Place a slice of ham and cheese on a fennel disc and close with another one.
3. Mix the eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.
4. Pass the fennel disc first to the flour, then to the eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the fennel cordon bleu in the pot with deep oil until ti becomes golden brown.
6. Serve fennel cordon bleu and enjoy.
