Fried fennels cutlets: an original and simple way to serve a delicious dish!

We found a delicious way to cook fennels!

INGREDIENTS

2 fennels
2 eggs
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
20g (2 tbsp) parmesan
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Flour

METHOD

Cut the fennel into slices. Pour eggs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk well.
In another bowl, pour pretzels, parmesan, and rosemary and mix well.
Roll the fennel in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve.
