Crispy fennel cutlets: light and crunchy!

Here's a tasty way to enjoy fennels! 
 
INGREDIENTS
3 fennel
2 eggs
6g (1 tsp) salt
1g (1/2 tsp) black pepper
100g breadcrumbs
30g (2 tbsp) grated cheese
3g (1 tsp) of garlic powder
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

METHOD
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  2. Cut fennel into slices.
  3. In a bowl whisk eggs with salt and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic powder, mix well.
  5. Dip each fennel slice in eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs mixture.
  6. Arrange fennel cutlets on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
