Crispy fennel cutlets: light and crunchy!

Here's a tasty way to enjoy fennels!
INGREDIENTS
3 fennel
2 eggs
6g (1 tsp) salt
1g (1/2 tsp) black pepper
100g breadcrumbs
30g (2 tbsp) grated cheese
3g (1 tsp) of garlic powder
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
- Cut fennel into slices.
- In a bowl whisk eggs with salt and black pepper.
- In another bowl combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic powder, mix well.
- Dip each fennel slice in eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs mixture.
- Arrange fennel cutlets on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
