Zucchini cutlets: crunchy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
Flour
Cheese
Cooked ham
3 eggs
200g (1 3/4 cups) of breadcrumbs
Salt
Mint
100g (1 cup) of parmesan
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Wash, dry, and remove the top and bottom parts. Cut them lengthwise.
2. Pass all the zucchini slices in the flour and transfer to the cutting board. Arrange the cheese slice and ham and close with another slice of zucchini.
3. Pass the zucchini slices into the beaten eggs and then coat them with the mixture of breadcrumbs, salt, mint, and parmesan.
4. Transfer the zucchini cutlets to the pan with hot oil and fry them on both sides until they are golden brown.
5. Serve the zucchini cutlets on the serving plate all together.
