Zucchini sticks: tasty and crunchy!

A tasty side dish perfect for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS
3-4 zucchini
parmesan
Breadcrumbs
Flour
2 egg
Oregano
Garlic powder
Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Cut zucchini into pieces. Put each piece on a toothpick. Add salt.
  2. Mix the crumbs with parmesan, oregano and garlic powder. Whisk the eggs.
  3. Dip zucchini in flour, eggs and crumbs. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
