Eggplant sticks: crunchy and irresistible!

This is the perfect side dish to surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 fresh eggplants, 500 g
2 eggs
4g (½ tsp) salt
3g (1 tsp) red chili powder
6g (1 tbsp) meat masala powder
125g (1 cup) flour
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil
METHOD
- Cut eggplant sticks. Whisk the eggs. Add salt, chili and meat masala powder to the flour.
- Roll the Eggplant stick in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in hot oil.
