Potato sticks: they are crunchy and delicious!

How to make amazing potato sticks in just 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
40g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
100g of mozzarella cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan cheese
METHOD
1. Peal and cut the potatoes into small chunks and transfer them to the pot with water. Boil for 20 minutes and then remove from the heat.
2. Pour the potatoes into the colander over the bowl and press them with the spoon to mash them well. Add the cornstarch, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, and mozzarella cheese and mix to obtain the compact mixture.
3. Take the mixture with the spoon and roll it out with your hands to obtain the sticks.
4. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on the pan covered with parchment paper and transfer the prepared sticks.
5. Brush the sticks with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
