Potato sticks: the quick idea for a delicious side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1kg of boiled potatoes
Salt
Paprika
Pepper
150g of cheese
250g (2 cups) of cornstarch
Dried rosemary

METHOD
- In a bowl with potatoes add the salt, paprika, pepper, cheese, corn starch, and dried rosemary, and mix until the dough is created.
- Transfer the mixture into the pan covered with parchment paper and spread it evenly pressing with the spoon. Cover it with parchment paper and transfer it to the freezer for 30 minutes.
- When the time has elapsed transfer the potato mixture to the cutting board, flip it over, and remove the bottom layer of parchment paper. Cut the edges and cut the mixture on the sticks 2 cm thick.
- Fry the sticks in deep hot oil until they are golden brown.
