A delicious appetizer ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS

200g of potatoes

30g (1/4 cup) of rice flour

30g (1/4 cup) of corn flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of pepper

1/3 tsp of salt

METHOD

Cut and boil the potatoes until cooked for about 20 minutes.
Mix with flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Make sticks from the mixture and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
