Potato sticks: perfect for a delicious appetizer!

They are so easy to make at home! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 500g boiled potatoes
• 80g cheddar
• 100g cornstarch
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• parsley
• oil
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes. Knead. Add cheddar. Mix. Add starch, salt, pepper, parsley. Mix.
  2. Roll the cake. Cut into strips. Deep-fry.
