Potato sticks: an original appetizer for surpise your friends!

Super easy to make and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
500g of cooked potato
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
100g grated mozzarella cheese
10 tbsp of Corn Starch
1 tsp of salt
15g (1/4 cup) Chopped Parsley
Greasing Oil

METHOD
  1. Clean, cut and boil the potatoes.
  2. Mix it with a fork and add in salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, mozzarella cheese and corn starch. Take a piece and roll it out.
  3. Transfer the potato sticks to a baking pan. Bake at 180’ C ( 356’F) for 30-40 minutes.
