Chocolate fritters: a surpising idea to make your friends happy!

INGREDIENTS
350ml (1.5 cup) warm water
10g dry yeast
440g (3.5 cups) flour (all purpose)
150g (0.75 cup) sugar
½ tsp salt
 
Oil
Chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil. Pour some dough onto a slotted spoon, put a square of chocolate and pour some more dough on top. Deep-fry.
