Flower fritters: a tasty idea that will make kids happy

A surprising treat ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs

1 tbsp apple vinegar

Salt

25g (2 tbsp) sugar

30ml (2 tbsp) oil

200g (1 1/3 cup) flour

Oil for frying

For the decoration:
Whipping cream

Strawberries

METHOD

In a bowl add the eggs, apple vinegar, salt, sugar, oil and whisk
Add the flour, mix it well and create the batter with the hands. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and create shapes with the bottom of the bottle shape.
On top of the bigger shape the smaller one and push in the middle with the finger.
Add the fritter into the dipping oil to fry.
Decorate with whipping cream and strawberries inside of the fritters.
